We love Sunshine wine and their chef Wyatt Carrizosa!
Coronet chef’s, Tanner Fleming & Mallorie Hart, have worked with Wyatt to create a menu with seasonal inspiration, a shared love of all things local and a focus on zero waste.
Coronet’s all things boozy, is headed by Chris Halvorsen. Chris will be pairing this beautiful menu with a focus on natural, sustainable & biodynamic wines.
Join us for this one of a kind collaboration.
We start in the main dining room for a welcome cocktail, passed small bites and a greeting from our chefs.
Dinner will be enjoyed al fresco on our main patio.
